Villa Rose head chef Daniel is passionate about indulging guests with the finest food. From sumptuous breakfasts to show-stopping four course evening meals, afternoon teas and sweet treats to picnic lunches: delicious, exciting, freshly prepared dishes are part of the Villa Rose experience.
Having worked alongside Michelin Star chefs, Daniel brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. Inspired by the stunning surroundings and the best ingredients, Daniel is a creative chef who enjoys experimenting with different flavours, colours and textures drawn from all types of cuisine, from French classical to the spicy and aromatic subtleties of Asian fusion.
Using only the freshest ingredients – organic and locally sourced where possible – Daniel caters for all dietary requirements. Depending on the type of stay booked, Daniel will contact guests ahead of their arrival to discuss any dietary needs, likes and dislikes, before preparing a menu that meets individual requirements. There is also a multitude of excellent local restaurants within walking distance predominantly offering traditional Savoyard fare, although other cuisines such as Asian and Italian are also available. A hand-picked selection of house wines are offered with dinner, and requests for particular wines or vintages can be accommodated by prior arrangement. A selection of aperitifs and spirits is also on offer.
